IdentityI am a learning facilitator, consultant and a programmer. During my 14+ years in the industry I have worked with enterprises, startups and NGO in diverse roles ranging from programmer to wildlife research assistant to math facilitator. Attention to detail and alignment with the team's direction while challenging status-quo have been common characteristics across all my professional engagements.
I conduct math trainings at various conferences and have also taught Math at a B-school's PG Program in Data Science and Analytics. For my trainings, I focus on 2 aspects viz. Content and Delivery. For content, I use a simple �¢??no assumptions' approach. For delivery I use my experience from theater to connect the participants with the content at the deepest level. The primary objective of my trainings is not just dumping information (like an online course) but to plant the seed of learning and let it grow on its own.
As a full-stack developer I have delivered applications for a wide range of domains like telecom, advertising, manufacturing, hospitatlity, home automation, and wildlife conservation. Strong focus on objective dominates my delivery and communication.
As a consultant, I have worked with teams of seasoned professionals as well as mentored novices. I draw from my experience in sports and research to blend with teams and drive the change by being part of it.
