IdentityI have earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, a Bachelor in Education and a Master in Education. Along with that, I have also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming and Advanced Diploma in Computer Programming.
With 2 years experience as the Country Head India for International School to School Experience and more than 25 years experience in hands on teaching, I am confident that I possess the qualifications required to help your organization promote its philosophy and achieve its future goals.
My greatest strengths include: collaborative leadership, strategic planning, empowering educators to develop their leadership and instructional skills, independent academic program and subjects program development in science and technology and identification/implementation of organizational programs. I foster strong working relationships with global schools and facilitate integration of initiatives designed to enhance the school environment and also to put it on the global map.
My past global leadership experiences have led me to represent India at the global ISSE Conference in Ohio, USA (2012) and Melbourne, Australia (2014). I have also led the school to numerous global exchange programs to countries like Malaysia,Mexico,Australia,Thailand,Russia etc.
I seek to foster positive behaviour between students, families and faculty at large. I have initiated and led programs in the past to provide clear, concise information both internally to professional staff and externally to students and parents.
