IdentityI lead a balanced life, managing a corporate job while dedicating myself to Hindustani classical music as a primary practice. While I enjoy exploring other genres, my main focus remains to learn and master Hindustani classical music art. I consider myself a well-rounded singer with a deep commitment to this art form.
I have been studying Hindustani classical vocal music for over more than ten years, and now I am looking to elevate my practice further by teaching it to others.
I am studying Hindustani classical vocal music under the guidance of my Guru, Amita Pavagi Gokhale, who is a Sangeet Alankar, MA in music and a renowned A-graded artist. I feel fortunate to have her as my guru in my life.
I completed my Visharad in 2023 from the prestigious Gandharva University, a renowned music institution in India.
In addition to my training in Hindustani classical music, I have received formal instruction in Western classical music through the Furtados School of Music. I also completed Grade 3 theory from Trinity College London, a renowned institution.
I have teaching experience in both vocal and piano music, covering grades 1 through 5.
I had the pleasure of teaching at Nahar International School for one year, from 2018 to 2019. It was a rewarding experience working with both FSM and Nahar School.
