Hi Sumitra, My suggestion would be, do not go for any SAP Certification. Opt for the job first and learn the basic HR Functions, then switch to the organization which has SAP in HR department. Thus you will work on the HR Basics and can relate the same while applying using SAP. Without job experience,... ...more

Also FICO is for the finance professionals and not for HR Professionals...
