With our new feature - Assessments, you can make your classes more effective and result-oriented. The innovative feature will help Tutors, Trainers and Institutes like you, create assessments online and share with your students. Creating your own online tests can help you track your students’ progress, depth of knowledge, identify their weak areas and add value to your tutoring business. The feature also allows you to add as many questions as possible across different categories in the Questions Bank section, which you can utilize to create new assessments faster. Assessments can be assigned to Any student, UrbanPro or Non-UrbanPro. In case, you want to bulk upload your Questions/Assessments, please send us in a word document and we can upload them on your behalf.
Here is how you can create an Assessment on UrbanPro.com:-
Log on to your UrbanPro account

Go to Assessments section in the left navigational panel
- Click Create Assessment under My Assessments

While creating a New Assessment, please provide Category name, a name for the test, type of assessment (Mock or Practice) and number of sections, you want to add in the assessment.

To create a Mock test, you need to select a test duration e.g. 30 min, 60 min and number of sections (along with the name of the sections) you want to add. Once students answer all the questions and submit, they will be able to see the result of the assessment. In case, you want to create a Practice test you just need to provide only the number of sections you want to add. Students can view the result of their answers while taking the test.

7. Create and manage a bank of questions for different categories in the Question Bank section, to create an assessment with greater ease.
8. You can add existing questions from your Question Bank
9. Assign your Assessment to your Students. You can either assign an assessment to a student you found on UrbanPro or even to a student that you found on your own.
