IELTS is useful only for those who are going for student visa, and not for the learners who want to learn to speak English.
IELTS is a technical exam consisting reading, writing, listening and speaking. The IELTS coaching available in Ahmedabad don't focus on teaching how to speak English, rather they just help you practice for it.
