With an MS in Computer Science from Albert-Ludwig’s University, Freiburg, Germany and an MBA in General Management Indo-German Training Centre-Bangalore, supported by 6 years of work experience in India and abroad, with major names like Daimler (Germany) and C-It-Now (UK), She is now poised to take her career into her area of passion – helping people develop and succeed.

She has a rare combination in her talent for spoken foreign languages and software project skills. She speaks fluent German and has worked a lot with Germans. She has an instinctive understanding of the German psyche that has stood her well in her corporate responsibilities. She has also been a communication liaison specialist between Germany and India for Daimler-Benz and has handled customer-facing roles entirely in English and German. She is currently advancing her French and Spanish. She also enjoys problem solving, and is an accomplished soft skills trainer with strengths in the areas of Leadership, Communication and Team Work. She also has a marked empathy for helping women succeed. Last but not least, she is a C-2 level (From Goethe Institute) in German language. She speaks basic French and Spanish apart from 6 Indian languages. She is also capable of teaching any Germanic Language such as Dutch, Swedish and Scandinavian languages, owing to her skills as a linguist. She is a certified trainer from the Horizonte institute of Germany- Regensburg, where she has undergone rigorous training in detailed programs of pedagogy, didactics and various methods of teaching German as a foreign language (Daf-Deutsch als Fremdsprache) to adults and children. She was the first Indian to attend this program, in this particular school.

In her corporate stint at C-It-Now, UK, she functioned as the single point of contact from UK, for all the projects rolling out at car dealerships in Germany. She assisted and managed roll out and roll in of customer support, order Management, training and conceptual understanding along with appropriate documentation for German customers. She also solved, troubleshot and managed 1st and 2nd line support for the entire European region that included Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, UK and Ireland. This exposed her to hands-on experience in troubleshooting customer issues with the product and was voted as “Customer-Wow Champion”,”Sharpshooter”, and “Most valuable player” on the ticketing system dashboard. She is also adept at creating and managing Project reports and documentation. This amply bears out her fluency and skill in dealing with European customers.

In her stint with Daimler, she was a coordinator and Liaison between Germany and India and also performed manual, regression, integration and GUI Testing of Daimler Automotive-IT Products. She gathered experience in requirement specification, Test case writing, planning and execution. She also functioned as a Requirements Responsible for the biggest Daimler IT Automotive Tool Project- that tested Daimler vehicles.. She became adept at software requirements engineering in German, and has translated requirements into technical specification documents (UML diagrams and Use cases), besides designing use cases and clarifying of requirements and Unit testing of every release.

Following her goal to eventually create and lead an institution of language specialists and provide a wide range of foreign language and culture-based training for corporate customers in the area of Customer Support and Customer Facing services, she worked at inlingua Bangalore as the Director of Studies for 2.5 years, specializing in German and French language training, and a cross cultural relationship specialist.

She has now opened her own language school- FluenC, under the umbrella of her father’s training company- Bizmentors Pvt Ltd (est. 2004) and looks forward to provide training in any language for corporates and individuals with the best Quality in Bangalore.
