"I put my daughter under the tutelage of Barnali Ma'am when she was in grade 6. She has been with her for a little over 1.5 years now.When my daughter started her classes, her interest in any type of music was minimal. Let alone participating, she was reluctant to even listen to music. But now I am happy to see a significant growth in her interest in music. Barnali ma'am follows a meticulous methodology of teaching, paying attention to the accuracy of each and every note sung by the student. She also takes care of the student's vocal range and instead of making all students practice in the same scale, she teaches each student in a scale that is suitable for the student. She also has a pleasant and encouraging way of teaching, which students enjoy.I am very happy with the improvements my daughter has shown during this period in terms of her interest, gain in vocal range, and the singing performances she put up at her school and outside. An extremely giving teacher who never holds back and will give as much as a student can take. Initially she gave me an extra class every week for practice. Also her timings are flexible.
