Ambika is a good listener and that is a vital quality of a good student and makes her a keen learner. Most corporate jobs are sedentary jobs, hence causing restlessness in the body-mind. Best options to improve the level of energy and channelising that energy in the body-mind complex is to have them do Sukshma Vyayama-, Bhastrila pranayama, Kapalbhati Pranayam, spine twisting, cat-cow stretch to make the spine more supple. Most important is meditation during the whole process.
