I am an internationally Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Mudra Yoga, Yoga therapy, Pregnancy Yoga, Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa styles, Stress Management, Meditation and Pranayama. I believe practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible it also improves the functioning of body system and stabilized state of mind. I experienced the bliss of yoga through practice and I want to teach it to the people.
The session is to be able to be help the student in their everyday life and to deal with stress in a better way.
Practicing meditation would also require a few simple Asana practice.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity.
Meditation may be used with the aim of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, and pain, and increasing peace, perception,, self-concept and well-being.
No equipment is required for the class except for a yoga mat.
