"She is not giving compensation classes. In the group classes If any kid is not feeling well, she is not making it as absent, She is making it as class done. And we ask her one 1 hour class but because of the group class my kid is getting a 10mins chance to sing. There is no one to one class. In The group class for kids, elders, above 50 years are in one group online class, so, it's very clumsy. I paid the fee and we just attended 3 classes. But it is showing classes are done. "

We believe we had discussed about classes timings and we follow the protocol rules of urban pro and the same has been shared to others students and every one is following the same, I also believe you had attended only 3 classes and the rest of the classes you wanted to reschedule on another day, where my other classes were already scheduled for a different events, How come you expect me to take classes on my scheduled day, May God give you strength to understand.
