Which book is good for physics

My suggestion would be - Start with Resnick & Halliday and aim to graduate to Feynman Lectures in Physics plus solving problems in physics by I.E. Irodov

how am i to get the command on vocabulary?

There is no shortcut to gain command on vocabulary. A person can confidently say that he/she has mastered a word when he/she can use it in a sentence of his/her own. There is no shortcut to gain command on vocabulary. A person can confidently say that he/she has mastered a word when he/she can use it in a sentence of his/her own. The best way is to read a lot and also learn to use the words in own sentences as and when you come across. Word Power made easy by Norman Lewis is a good book to refer. In general my mantra, is read a lot and use the dictionary and thesaurus as much as you can. These days, with access to internet, looking up a word for its meaning and synonyms is very easy.

What are the challenges that government will face in removing caste based reservation from education?

Reservations is a complex issue and cannot be removed in a single day. A good first step by the government would be to introduce a creamy layer concept, where within the existing quota systems, children of those who have availed reservations once will be dis-reserved. A good first step by the government would be to introduce a creamy layer concept, where within the existing quota systems, children of those who have availed reservations once will be dis-reserved. This can also be extended to high income families in a particular caste. Then gradually, genuinely needy people will be benefited and then gradually over a period of time, say 20-25 years reservations can be removed looking at the data thoroughly.
