Yes, it would help if you practised yoga for knee pain. Knee pain occurs either due to overuse/underuse or not using the ligaments in our knee correctly. It happens without knowing in our day to day activities. And the knee pain is mainly seen on the inner side of the knee. Practice Iyengar yoga regularly, which focuses explicitly on anatomy and alignment to alleviate knee pain.
