Do not worry if you have not been in the pool. I will be teaching you all that you need to be a good swimmer by the end of the course.
Before we finish you will have a more fitter, leaner and defined structure.

No, we will be doing exercises to tone the body.
Training
Training will be divided into three sessions and last for 3 hrs.
In the first session, we will be doing exercises to tone the body.
In the second session, we will take rest.
In the third session, we will be swimming.
Swimming strokes
We will be learning freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke with front dive.
