"Sir has been extremely helpful in inculcating yoga as a daily routine for me. Individualised attention is given and the poses are done slowly for proper understanding. It might be a bit difficult at the beginning, over time you'll get us used to the exercise and it's benefits. I had a gerd issue which has come down significantly after starting the classes. "
