Hi friend, I can suggest you to do spend more time for the preparing exams. Most of the banks are looking for the candidates who scores more marks in the banks exams rather than job experiences. Especially for probationary officers / clerical recruitment. Banks are looking for experienced candidates only for senior level roles like Manager IT, Manger( Loans), Deputy General Manager etc. I can also say you that banks values only banking operation experience. hence you do not waste your time in some call centres of banks ( most of them are third party ventures) by anticipating a quality experience in banking. you can read books related to banking for gaining knowledge. which can eventually help you to score marks in exams and interview. all the very best. read less

I am 2012 Btech Computer Science pass out , and now planning for doing M.Tech in CSE in coming year 2017 , will it be really difficult to justify these 5 year gap after bachelors during the interviews of institutes and further study like PHD or reserch works ? I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.
Now you should be learn a new technology then u can switch in new field. in case of Database if u interested then u can learn BASIC OF SQL SERVER n then Advance MS SQL SERVER then u can switch in database like a DBA successfully.
