Geography is a good field and so is archaeology. If you are a master of your skills, there are always opportunities available for you. Just choose what you really wish to do.

Depends on your financial status and goals. And a lot of other factors like have you already got jump started on your field of interest or you are just plain interested. Niche fields are great to be in but you need to follow the passion throughout for it to be a fruitful career.

For an MBA give CAT or GMAT. Contact individual universities for specific requirements.

Hi Ganeshan Greetings! It's good that you are interested in so many fields. On the other side, it may lead to confusion. Set your Goal. Its easy to write this line but really difficult to follow. You need to focus on goal setting. In order to do that, I would recommend you that you should think about 40 years of career that lies ahead. Think of the job which will compel you to get out of bed every morning and be happy about it. Try to do short internships in all possible roles that you think, you fit in. Follow http://careercarein.com/category/career-counselling-for-teenagers/ Tests Yes there are many tests available over internet and also in institutes. You can take help of those tests. Don't forget to inquire about test parameters and their reliability. Talk to family, teachers and friends More than relying on any outsider, talk to these people. They know you better. Do SWOT analysis with them. They might be unaware about the field you would like to choose but they know your qualities for sure. I hope it helps. Best Luck. Niraj Deobhankar read less

From your query it is apparent that you have not yet crystallized your goal(s) in life. You are studying Computer Science and Engineering. After your course is over, you say you wish to take up a course in business management. So far so good. I say "so far so good" because a lot of people follow the herd mentality, and do things that the other is doing. Things become a little muddy when you mention that you would like to also explore the possibility of taking up either geography or archaeology. My advice to you would be to invest some money and get yourself psycho-metrically tested. There are a number of companies in large cities which offer career counseling and psychometric testing. These tests may not be 100% accurate, but they give you the general direction in which your talents lie. If you take up the course advised by the career counselor, there is a good chance that you will shine in it. At the same time, you may have already invested an x amount of money and y amount of time in undergoing your B.E. (CSE). Neither of this investment is refundable. You may therefore check with your parents/sponsors/financiers/well-wishers on the best course of action - whether you should doggedly pursue your B.E. or drop it altogether. If you already deep into the B.E. course, you may consider completing it, and then after taking up an appropriate job, explore doing short-term, low-cost certificate courses in fields such as geography or archaeology. All the best. Sanjay Agrawal. read less
