I offer tuition for 11th CBSE Mathematics examination. Importance is given to conceptual understanding. As students enter a higher level from Class 10, they initially feel it difficult to grasp the subject, unless explained in a proper way. A step up should happen in the way of understanding the subject, which needs to be inculcated to the student. Teacher should act as a facilitator in enhancing the grasping of the student while explaining the subject related to the syllabus.

NCERT text book forms the basis of the width of coverage of the subject. But, it does not limit the variety of problems to be covered. Various standard text books are covered to pick suitable problems to give appropriate exposure to the students so that they will not get surprised in the examination. Providing practice from a different source other than the prescribed text book gives the student an opportunity to think on his own on a problem which is framed with a new dimension. This helps him in his way to competitive exams. 

Stress is laid on both understanding the concept as well as memorising the necessary formula and methods. In the current competitive scenario mere conceptual appreciation or blind memorising alone will not help the student in attaining desired success. Its the healthy combination of both that makes the student successful.
