I am a CAPPA certified Childbirth Educator and Lactation Counsellor with over 2 years of experience in helping families through pregnancy and childbirth. I am a B.Tech. Biotechnology graduate with knowledge of human Anatomy and Physiology which makes it easy for me to understand birth and guide parents better. I provide pregnancy care, breastfeeding classes, Labor management classes/ workshops, newborn care classes, postpartum support classes to both parents and also grand parents if need be. My holistic approach help parents practically when they undergo scenarios in real life during their perinatal period.

In Labor management they will learn breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, partner support, physiology of birth, pain management, golden hour, do's and don'ts, information about interventions and much more.

My classes will be science and evidence based thereby letting the parents make informed decisions confidently and travel through their new phase of life with less stress and enjoy parenthood without being misinformed by media, peer and the internet.
