"Was experiencing a severe back pain and so had to go for physio treatment for 10 days as per doctor's advice. Came to know about this WOW physiotherapy when I was googling. I went and enquire and further started with my treatment sessions. Was able to feel a slight reduction in the pain. As per Bharathi mam s advice, I just joined the fitness program which was also offered there.A strict officer she is Like a bigg boss."I am watching you.". She was strictly monitoring the workouts and daily diet. And happily I was able to reduce 4.5kg+ in two months. Diet means no starving or cutting one meal.Just no junks.A healthy meal plus a proper workout. On the other side she s so friendly and keeps motivating us.Thanks to her.Rather than weight loss, I feel happy as my backpain is reduced to the max poss, and also gained confidence in myself due to my stamina increase. "Dr.Bharathi (Trainer / Physio) is friendly and her guidance is superb and an expert in women fitness training. She always check if anyone is doing incorrectly and corrects them to avoid injury. She make your workout schedule for weight loss, strength gain, bodybuilding, endurance. Monthly body fat and muscles checkup for everyone.She have weekly classes for aerobics, Yoga, Express workout etc for both morning and evening batches. I have reduced 3kgs in two months and Have seen most of them reducing 5 - 6Kgs in two months.You need to follow trainers advice.Rest will be taken taken care by her.Gym is always clean.People coming here are friendly and is fun to workout with them. I have been working out here for sometime now and its amazing.I will recommend this for sure. "
