Consistency and hardworking is the key but if u have discipline u can acheive anything. Start reading monday to Friday and Saturday for revision and sunday for test. You will score good marks.

Revision cycles for every subject should be atleat 4 which means you need to read, and memorize every subject atleast 4 times. The more the revision cycles the more you will be able to score.

Will 59.4% marks read as 60% or not in Aggregate/gross marks? Without decimal what will be the Aggregate /gross marks of 59.4% marks. 
No, because if you round off to 59.4%, you will get 59%. If it could have been 59.5% or more, then you could have round it off to 60%.
