Mostly less women are found in regular salaries employment because in our country, from the very starting we have been facing issues of patriarchy. Women are still fighting to gain their equality in the society in terms of work and other things. when we talk about the employment scenario, we need to understand that mindset and thinking of the employers matter a lot in terms of deciding and we still face close mindedness in terms of providing employment to the women.
