My best suggestion for you is first you initiate on your own. You should need to have a clear picture of how you are going to manage the student's means are you going to teach in the peer group or individually. Individual turion fee and group teaching, and the fee structure also change. Please have a plan before you initiate any.

For handling the bulk of students, make an excel sheet and have their records. Keep testing them so you will get an idea about what you need to improve on and what the students lack.
