Poverty here a cause as well as consequence can be both economically and socially exculded through strategic caste system(Varna system). Indian poverty is never a new phenomenon,it was developed when Aryans entered India. The period which effectively transformed indian production class as untouchable. The emergence of this untouchability, (created from wealthy minds) entirely changed the indian great economic growth from production class to term untouchability. Here, started the hunger,no shelters,no clothing like the system of exclusion, boycotting the "poor" untouchables from availing the equal opportunity from society and various other societies. All the resources were properly with so called production classes. For example: this is to admit that, scheduled Tribes from India had a natural element of tilling the land, clearing the land for production purposes, maintenance and controlling the animals etc etc.

At this juncture, indian real-production class was socially exculded  hense, poverty can be leading factor as a cause as well as consequence.

I think it is correct that social exclusion can cause and consequence of poverty but not allways. Social exclusion can exclude people from the society. But he /she can earn in different way. Means we are not dependent on anyone. There are many ways of earning.and yes it will be difficult to earn because todays world human beings creates their own world which is called society. But nature do not know any society. All things are produced by nature. Human beings also lived when there was no society.then why not now ?? Society can exclude peoples but not their lives. Not their thoughts. And society is not truth. Nature is truth. I know we have to consider society because we have to live in this society. But we can not forget nature also. Our lives are given by nature. Not by society. And what is poverty.?? When a human being have no house no eating things and no cloths. But it will take time.there can be a problm in earning but he can earn. He can get all things slowly. Things like eating things.. he/she can grow their own. After earning some ruppess. He /she can buy some cloths for sewing. And can siew own their own. And slowly he /she can make their own little house. Actually.if he /she will remain calm. All will be happen. Beacuse time changes. Nature changes
