Hi Sandeep!
Unfortunately, (regardless of what people at coaching centres might tell you), there is no fixed syllabus for CLAT GK. In fact, I've seen questions from science, geography, history, sports, and all sorts of random topics in CLAT papers. Also, there is NO FIXED DEMARCATION between static GK and current affairs. Because the syllabus is so vast, there is a near infinite amount of material available on GK prep. The surest way to stand a chance at cracking the CLAT is to be sure of yourself and prioritize what you learn and how you allocate your time towards learning it.

General Knowledge is one of the best marks gaining subject in CLAT.You have to prepare currents affairs (35 marks) as well as static GK (15 marks). For current affairs you should read newspapers like The Hindu or The Indian Express or any other newspaper, read magazines like Pratiyogita Darpan or CSR. Focus mainly on these topics –
The time frame for current affairs is June 2016 - May 2017.
More emphasis should be laid on the the current affairs of last five months before the examination.
For static general knowledge read Lucents’s General Knowledge or GK book of my coaching institute will sufice.
