Azure has many learning tracks. Infrastructure Admin Track, Developer Track, DBA Track, DevOps Professional Track. If you are already working in IT, You may choose the track you are comfortable with.
If you are new to IT you can start with Infra Admin Path.
You need to spend at least 30 hours a month to learn the Azure.
Earlier Azure Exams (70-532, 70-533, 70-535) are set to be retired by DEC 2018. https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/learning/retired-certification-exams.aspx
You need to go for exam AZ-100, AZ-101, AZ-200 for getting the Azure certified tag.
I am starting an online batch from 1st week of January for exam AZ-100.

Its totally depends on your ability, dedication and daily hours you can give for learning. Azure basically comes with three course modules:
So you have to make your mind accordingly which course you wanna go for. For each course you need at least 40-50 hrs to learn the theory as well as do hands on.
