Yoga is a beautiful practice and goes way beyond the mat. What you practice on the mat for an hour in a day, sets you up for the whole day. It is intense yet a soothing, life changing practice. It changes you from within. Therefore, to start self yoga, intention setting is must. Not once but everyday you wake up. Figure out the things that inspire you and motivate you. Things that really get you going.look yourself at the mirror the first thing in the morning. Smile. Try and see the changes you want to see/make in yourself. See how far you have reached with your intention that you had set; physically/mentally. Appreciate smaller changes. A big change is nothing but continuous small changes. Love yourself and that is the biggest motivation that can keep you going!
