In bharam muhurat you can practice yoga. Best time to start yog or meditation. At that time we focus easily ,so that it will very helpful for us.

You have to do yoga for 1 hr . 4 to 5 days in a week. If you don't have enough time to practice yoga. You can also try some body stretches before going to sleep or after sleep regularly.
