Concurrently with pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), I have gained valuable experience as a multi-grade (Grades 1-10) tutor for the past two years. My work encompasses students enrolled in both CBSE and ICSE boards. I foster a supportive and inquiry-based learning environment that prioritizes open communication. This allows me to identify each student's individual learning style and tailor my instruction to cultivate a deep understanding of core concepts. Beyond rote memorization, I am committed to empowering students to overcome the apprehension of asking questions, fostering a passion for learning that extends beyond the classroom. Witnessing their confidence flourish as their knowledge expands is a truly rewarding aspect of my role.
