Diploma in naturopathy and yog from sevakram naturopathy centre lajpat bhawan (delhi branch) , foundation course in yoga from " morarji desai national institute of yoga in year 2015 ( An autonomous organisation under ministry of ayush , govt of india. 6 months yoga from( national institute of open schooling, pursuing course of sujok therapy . 2 years experience in yog (as a yog instructor) in saket , southex , hauzkhas, uday park etc. Yoga is the relation ship that is built between the body ,the mind and the breath.yoga is freedom and release.I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortable competently move their bodies through life.yoga has been a part of my life over 2 years,and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless.
