I have more than 22 years of experience, largely in Education Industry. My niche is communication skills, verbal ability, written / spoken communication, English Training and Counselling students. I have coached students and adults in English language, mainly spoken and written. I am an English Trainer and have developed this skill over my career.
I have developed strong Writing skills, as considerable job requirement was guiding student essay work, student training in English, report writing, editing etc. At one of the schools, the Management programme was partnered with a UK based school, and often students had to write essays as part of the programme, and also as a requirement for applying for Masters abroad.
I am a Ph.D., MBA, Post Graduate Diploma holder in Training and Development and a certified assessor (for competency assessment) - XLRI.
I have worked in Corporate HR department, taught Communication, HR and OB subjects, conducted soft skills training, Coached students in English Skills etc. I have worked at senior level as Dean – Academics, overlooking accreditation, Quality related reporting, coordinating with UK Universities, Internationalisation etc.
I am keenly interested in coaching, guiding, mentoring students/ professionals for improving written, spoken English, verbal reasoning ability and impart related training. I have extensively worked with students grooming their business English, preparing them for Interviews, Group Discussions,Presentations etc.
