Remember the countless gym and swimming classes you signed up for but didn’t make it past a month or two (probably an island can be bought with the money spent). The main reason being that after a point you are not committed enough to put in the effort .What sets dance apart is the music the beat makes you want to keep going even though being out of breath to the same extent would make you cut most other aerobic workouts short.
In today’s work environment thriving and delivering results every day is important, but hectic deadlines, targets, meetings all leads to a deprivement of physical and mental stability.
