Talent Acquisition & Management
ð Management of complete recruitment life-cycle, sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, build strong hiring . team & staffing partner; with focus on quality, cost and turnaround time.
ð Experience in planning Digital recruitment through online channels, email/database, online media, banner ads, affiliates and social media advertising.
ð Playing an instrumental role in talent acquisition with domestic as well the international Hiring.
- Working in close consultation with business heads and superiors to understand manpower & skill requirement.
- Preparing and managing the manpower plan, manpower cost budget and Hiring budgets
- Maintaining and improving position refill rates, hiring gap and quality of hire.
- Empanelling vendors and also mapping their performance.
- Strategizing methods for sourcing applicants and deciding the sourcing mix depending on budget.
- Scheduling & conducting interviews; finalizing offers; ensuring joining formalities and induction for new employees.
- Conducting exit interviews; analyzing the reports in order to identify the reasons for attrition.
Training & Development
- Designing the competency mapping framework and determine learning needs, ensure Comprehensive need identification and Gap analysis and ensure delivery of training programs.
- Motivating internal faculties for conducting in-house training programmes for enhancing skill levels and cost control.
- Driving functional and behavioral training and maintaining the training man days of the all division.
- Obtaining trainees’ feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programmes.
Performance Appraisal
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels; implementing the framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal System.
- Designing Business goals for the year along with divisional heads.
- Ensuring the drilling down of business goals from top to bottom level.
- Developing & implementing a mechanism to help individuals obtain the necessary feedback on a regular basis and thereby take appropriate action.
- Productivity Analysis of Employees (Dashboard & KPI).
Organization Development & Talent Management
- Creating Job Descriptions ,Specification and developing a Competency Framework.
- Organizing and implementing relationship review sessions among the various groups.
- Ensuring that the action plans prepared are achieved through a review mechanism and necessary support.
- Attrition analysis and the preparation of corrective action for retention of employees.
- Succession planning and designing the career path for employees.
Statutory matter’s & Administration
- To ensure effective implementation via checklist manner at plant and sites of all statutory compliances.
- Wages and Salaries administration of on roll and off roll employees.
- Supervising after Provident Fund, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages Contract Labor Acts and Labor Licenses.
- Contract Labor Management - Handling inspections, registrations, licenses, and renewals under various Acts like Factories Act, Contract Labor (Regulations & Abolition) Act, BOCW Act, ESI Act , PF Act, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, Overall administration.
