The 'i' in 'decide' is pronounced - 'ai', whereas the first 'i' in 'decision' is pronounced 'I', at least in American English. The same with pairs like collide/ collision, divide/division' etc, despite the fact that the stress is on the second syllable in both words -Nishant Bhatt

The three most important grammar rules are - 1. Past perfect tense- Use HAD + present participle when referring to actions in the past that happened BEFORE another event in the past you're going to refer to in the same sentence 2. Type 1 conditional sentences- Use present simple instead of WILL +... ...more
The three most important grammar rules are - 1. Past perfect tense- Use HAD + present participle when referring to actions in the past that happened BEFORE another event in the past you're going to refer to in the same sentence 2. Type 1 conditional sentences- Use present simple instead of WILL + Infinitive future when describing things that might, might not, will or won't happen and begin with conjunctions such as 'if", 'when', 'as far as', 'as soon as' , 'unless' and others. 3. Future- if you still do it- stop using WILL + infinitive future form when referring to all future actions. Use this grammar construct only when making instant decisions ! Use present progressive and GOING TO future forms for all other future references because that is how native English speakers speak. For attaining fluency in speaking English just practice , practice , and practice. - Nishant Bhatt

Dear Tushar, there is no proper video but you may watch English movies , television shows , news bulletin in English etc. Watch the lip movements of actors and you should place proper stress on the main word and soon you will learn proper pronunciation - Nishant Bhatt
