All that helps one to learn well and score well is one's conceptual understanding and enough practice to keep up with time.

All the teachers, be it in school, home tution or online classes help you do the same.

Now comes the point of online classes. During this pandemic, online courses and good online teachers are the mentors who are putting enthusiastic efforts to educate children. And yes, if you choose an excellent online tutor, he/she will make you feel as if you are in the classroom (by using technology-based apps to give enriched learning). If the teacher is right, you will surely feel connected even in an online class and gain knowledge.

First of all, I would ask you to drop all your worries because she is going to 1st standard, not in engineering college. 

Secondly, as a parent, all you need to do is you should cultivate the discipline in your daughter. You should make sure that she is on time everywhere be it her school, assignment submission, sports activities etc. It is the critical period to sow the seeds of sincerity as there is no shortcut to sincerity. If you can do this, then you are a successful and responsible parent. 

Also please don't put any excess pressure of studies right from this age. Allow her to play and give equal importance to sports as it will make her sharp in academics also.

At last, celebrate your daughters first step into formal school education and never put her through any social or parenting pressure.

If you are good at language learning and also you can correctly translate English into your mother tongue then within 60 days you can start having a basic understanding of Kannada words and small sentences. Within 90 days, you can begin to convey your expression in basic Kannada. Then your practice will take you to more and more perfection.
