I have good command over my subject and I can explain most of the things with logic, sarcasm and make sense of this chaotic syallabus. I hold a Bachelor's and Masters degree in Chemistry. I started teaching right after college, during my 3 years in this industry I have worked on improving my subject knowledge and more importantly I tried to use real time examples from life to relate chemistry more. Take that with logic and you remember it for a longer time. I make classroom a place where you want to be and not need to be. I sit down long hours trying to decipher how and what clicks. And what questions one needs to do to keep them in the top of the head. A student who is fully determined can qualify on his own. I just make them more ordered, on a schedule and at some times make a path which is pleasant for them to walk in.
