I have been teaching for five years now after completing my BCom degree. I started by providing home tuition to students with meagre school attendance. Despite their lack of regular attendance in school, they attended my tuitions and achieved perfect scores in their exams.
Teaching has been a fulfilling experience as I see my students grow and succeed academically. Witnessing my students' progress, and knowing that I have made a positive impact on their learning journey, motivates me to continue teaching. I teach classes ranging from fifth to tenth grade, focusing on social studies, Hindi, and English for classes ninth and tenth, and all subjects for classes fifth to eighth as per the CBSE board curriculum. I provide both offline and online interactive courses to my students.
My teaching style involves a combination of class learning and topic-related questions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. I spend approximately one and half hours for grades ninth and tenth and one hour for classes fifth and eighth. I cover all the topics thoroughly and interactively engage with my students. I encourage my students to ask questions, provide clarifications, and actively participate in the learning process. Student engagement is essential for effective learning.
As a teacher, I constantly strive to improve my teaching skills and adapt to the different learning needs of my students. I use various teaching aids, such as visual aids, charts, and diagrams, to make the lessons more exciting and accessible to my students. I also provide regular feedback and assessments to help my students track their progress and identify areas for improvement. I believe education is a powerful tool that can transform lives, and I am grateful to be a part of that process.
