I have been trying to learn a lot about my self and one of the experience that I gained was teaching while studying. I have been teaching students as part time while I was in my high school and then started teaching while being in my university. Have experienced a lot of different subjects to be learned and taught during this duration. Besides the best way to learn to make it fun and easy to remember. That’s is what I try to do while teaching be it teaching something to myself or to someone else

It depends on your Learning speed. If you love to dance, then you can even learn in 5 minutes to 30 minutes minimum. But even if you are a starter and are here to learn and experience new things would suggest an hour of training and approximately 30 minutes of practice at home, and you are good to go.
