Don't be very hard on yours first of all.Realise that JEE advance is only a means to achieve success,and then start preparation again.Unless you love solving maths ,physics and chemistry it's very difficult to crack the exam.That lave comes when you try to visualise problems and solve them.This could be assisted(helped by a tutor) or by sled studies.
