Yes, it is safe to do yoga with knee injury but I recommend that doing under the proper guidance is safe.

Health- It is said the person who is not suffering from any disease is healthy. Or According to Ayurveda, if a person's Tridoshas are balanced, so he is healthy. Health is not stable.
