I just graduated with a bachelor's degree in japanese honors from Visva Bharati university and I also have completed JLPT n3 with 89.4%. I want to start conducting classes in my home and thus how much should I charge for JlPT n5-n4 and how many days a week should I conduct classes and for how long? Thank you in advance for your help! 

If u want teacher as a profession then don't expect much money rather build your contacts and good experience in this line.

I want to work as a freelancer or up work as freelancer in block chain developer.For that, one particular language is essential.What do you suggest? Python or Java or else something?

I am currently working in a full time job in an engineering college in the dept of Computer Science as a technical assistant .  I particularly want to work as a freelancer. Please suggest me a perfect solution.

See python is the next future. All companies prefer that there employees need to have minimum command in python as all are switching to machine learning and AI. So it is better to go for python as it is easy and powerful.
