Secondly, go through the basics of scales and chords on YouTube, and try to build muscle memory and train your ears.
After you are done with this, you won't be needing any teacher, once you start hearing things and you have good muscle memory of scales and chords, you are already a pro. ✌️

But only one thing, if you are going to buy a 2nd had guitar then go along with someone who know how to play guitar....so he can check whether the guitar has good or decent tone or not. After buying it you need to learn for somewhere. It can be online with YouTube or other free or paid apps. I would suggest join in person or online classes if you can.......atleast clear you basics from there. After that you can smoothly continue with YouTube or other apps at some point.
