Yes. It is possible to learn from Internet. But I must say a teacher is pretty much required in the beginning because if you learn a wrong technique in the beginning then it becomes very difficult to unlearn then. Hope it helps. Best of Luck dear.

from online source you can only Know The Basic Chords, Scale, Blues Chords but for the Bollywood Song you have see the chords from internet and then you have to play.

Hi Mahesh, Learning from the internet is possible, but is has its pros and cons. Pros are that you can get to learn whatever you want, from whoever you want and at a time convenient to you. But the cons are that some websites' content is not organized systematically, some websites' content maybe to difficult for the student to understand, or the student may not follow the instructions correctly. In that case it is always good to go to a teacher for a couple of months. So the teacher can monitor the performance and progress of the student personally. If your motto is to play some songs only then you can find how of reading tabs on net. But if you will learn guitar properly soon you will b able to play any song by yourself and can understand diff tabs as well.
