Answer First of all don't make it complicated, start with just with touching your guitar everyday, it might sound silly but worked for me. Touching your instrument is like creating an opening for your practice routine. And with time take it further to 5-10min practice sessions and you suddenly feel like you're enjoying.

Take a vow ,that you want to play a perticular song with in a perticular time period! Don't take very hard songs, start with the easy one !
