It keeps changing with season. You must get it serviced every 2-3 months from a professional guitar tech.
You may install a dehumidifier if there is humidity. Keep guitar in a room temperature of 25 celcius. Play it everyday.
Dont try to adjust truss rod yourself. It is very delicate you may break it.
