"I have been traning with him for just over an year now, with not a lot of experience in high intensity workout/sports and basically 0 experience in combat sports. In my experience his basics are extremely solid and his classes are somehow both beginner friendly and for those with a decent bit of experience. His dememour is great and I would wholeheartedly suggest him to anyone looking to start out with combat sports. "
