Topics like Consolidation, Mutual Funds, NBFC, Amalgamation & Accounting standards which are considered to be the toughest part by students has been developed and transmitted to students in a perfect manner. Explanation made by sir was in easy language which was understood by every one, even who has very little knowledge of English. Prashanth Reddy sir always teaches us the subject by linking it with practical world which make things better, to understand. But as time passed, I realized that YPR best for taxation was 100 % true. The way sir involves each and every student who really wants to master tax is appreciable. "I am a student of CA IPCC. For last 4 attempts, I was appearing for CA IPCC for both the groups after taking coaching classes from a big academy in Hyderabad. Even after all my efforts I was not able to clear the exam, either failing in individual papers or in aggregate. Someone told me about Prashanth Reddy Sir. I thought of making last attempt with his coaching, to see if it makes any difference. Initially I had the doubt as what can be taught, but then I enrolled for his coaching class for the May 17 session. I took classes for all practical papers namely, Cost & Financial Management, Accounting, Tax (DT & IDT), Company Accountants and Auditing. It took me 1-2 classes to adjust and thereafter it was very smooth and interesting. At the 1st class of every paper, he gauged my level and then accordingly tailored it to suit my needs. His expertise is unmatched. The way he deals with the Accounting Standards and the way he connects the AS with Income tax and Company Law is exemplary. AS never looked so easy to me, earlier. If you have solid grip over AS then we all know that half the battle is won. His notes for the TAX laws, AS are superb. To my surprise he even had the same depth of knowledge even for indirect taxes and Costing. Although I had not taken classes for Company Law but he guided me on the way to approach these papers. I sincerely thank Prashanth Reddy Sir from the core of my heart as I cleared both the groups of CA IPCC after taking his classes. "
