Many courses are available for cyber security analysts but if you are a beginner, I would suggest you to get started with courses such as CompTIA Security + or CCNA R&S. However, CEH is also a fantastic course to start with.

You can attempt certificates like the ECSA (EC Council) or GCIH (incident handler), both are good certifications, assuming you already have a foundational understanding of networking and ethical hacking.

In order to understand security more from Governance point of view, you should target courses like CISSP, CISM which will give you holistic view of cyber security.

If you are a beginner, I would advise starting with CCNA R&S. However, CEH is also a fantastic course to start with.

You can attempt certificates like the ECSA (EC Council) or GCIH (incident handler), both are good certifications, assuming you already have a foundational understanding of networking and ethical hacking.

If you would like to understand SIEM from an administration and deployment perspective, the best options would be IBM Qradar, HP ArcSight, or AT&T AlienVault.

I am citrix domain and i am planning to move into Splunk and cyber security domain. is it a good decision to move in this profile or  i should choose some other profile to move . I am also lookin gfor splunk traning

Splunk is a costly tool. I'd suggest you go for Qradar. Also, learn some threat mgmt. a Tool as that has become mandatory for all security analyst now.
