Hi Parvez how are you? good to see you here. ok lets talk on your question, see first a fall u have to mention your total weight so u will get a correct and complete answer about it , if u want to loose your weight first join zumba classes and do daily cardio and functional workouts these are to burn your calories in gym and during the rest and home time you have to take good diet, like low carb food and rich protien and fiber foods than you will loose your weight and aswell fat and you will have fantastic model physique body so dont waste your time in thinking go and fire your calories and say bye bye bro.
