Teaching Experience in detail in Personal Trainer
I am a fresher in the industry. I don't have any prior experience of teaching as a personal trainer since I have finished my diploma just last month, but I carry the knowledge with me and that is the most crucial thing. Execution merely takes a while to master, if passion already lies in it. Having said that, I have started training my own brother and a friend in the US who are on the weight management program.

Experience in School or College
I have worked as a lecturer in the life sciences and basic sciences department at Atria University in Bangalore for 2 years. Atria is the first University in Bangalore which provides a unique undergraduate program for students from diverse educational backgrounds, making it the only liberal science institution. My job role revolved around conducting project-based learning sessions with the students through various offline and online courses. The projects included topics such as Microbiology, Molecular biology, Histopathology, Advanced Chemistry, Recombinant DNA technology, Genetics etc. in the specialisation years. I have also been a part of a few exploratory projects in the foundational year for both Biology and Chemistry as well. Apart from all this, I have assisted faculties in numerous other courses and have worked with scientists and academicians in various projects. I have also conducted methodologies to help improve students' research ethics, writing abilities, content writing strategies, scientific report making, plagiarism and so forth. My own background (a Master's degree in Microbiology) in life sciences and the experience of dealing and teaching conceptual life sciences topics to students from arts and commerce have accelerated in honing my communication skills and my teaching style. When I teach, my questions start off with 'WHY' and I adore answering those questions with 'THAT'S WHY'.

Teaching Experience in detail in BSc Tuition
Teaching BSc Microbiology to graduate students is a dynamic and rewarding experience, blending the rigor of advanced scientific inquiry with the excitement of discovery inherent to the field. Each class session becomes a vibrant exchange of ideas, as students who come from diverse study backgrounds, bring a wealth of foundational knowledge and a keen interest in expanding their understanding. The role of the instructor extends beyond mere dissemination of information; it involves fostering a deep, critical thinking approach to complex biological concepts, encouraging students to question, analyse, and synthesize new data. Practical lab sessions are particularly engaging, offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge techniques such as PCR, microbial culturing, SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting etc. These sessions are crucial in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, helping students to develop essential technical skills and an appreciation for the meticulous nature of experimental science. Moreover, the interdisciplinary nature of microbiology often requires integrating knowledge from biochemistry, genetics, immunology, and environmental science, making each lesson a multifaceted exploration of life at the microscopic level. Students are encouraged to undertake research projects, fostering a spirit of inquiry and innovation. This not only hones their experimental design and data analysis skills but also prepares them for future academic or industry roles where independent, critical thinking is paramount. The diversity in the classroom, with students hailing from various academic and cultural backgrounds, further enriches the learning environment, as different perspectives and experiences contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of microbiological phenomena. Overall, teaching BSc Microbiology at the graduate level is a fulfilling endeavour that involves guiding students through the complexities of microbial life, instilling a profound respect for scientific inquiry, and preparing the next generation of scientists to tackle pressing global challenges in health, environment, and industry. The mutual growth of both students and instructor in this academic journey underscores the transformative power of education.
